Pre-Order Policy

Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order.

 

1. Cancellations

Cancellations made before the release date will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made on or after the release date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Collection and Storage

Pre-orders must be collected within 28 days of the order date or the release date, whichever is later.

If not collected within 28 days, the product will be returned to stock and made available for general sale.

No refunds will be issued in these cases.

 

3. Product Availability

Estimated release dates are provided by suppliers and are subject to change.

We will notify you of any delays as soon as possible.

 

4. Non-Transferable

Pre-orders are non-transferable and must be collected by the original purchaser unless otherwise agreed.
