Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless agreed otherwise.

We accept payment through Paypal, Credit/Debit Card and Apple Pay.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are a flat £15 per order

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for such delays.

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery.

 

5. Returns and Refunds

You may return unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping costs.

Items must be returned in original packaging.

Pre-order items are subject to separate terms (see Pre-Order Policy).

 

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days to arrange a replacement or refund.

We may require proof of damage or return of the item.

 

7. Limitation of Liability
